There is an old Italian song that goes, “We were four friends at the bar who wanted to change the world,” and this is precisely how the ‘Italian Radio Society’ came to life.
In the damp and dreary streets of London, where the warmth of Italy felt like a distant dream, Elisa and her friends found solace in the comfort of her flat while playing vintage melodies. One fateful day, amidst the clinking of glasses, the bliss of good Italian food, and the echoes of those melodies, inspiration struck. “Let’s bring a piece of our Italian heritage to the world, let’s form a band”

Super K has been slowly building a name as a respected DJ for many years. An artful selector, he has been honing his craft since his teenage years, playing in community halls and on pirate radio stations across London. He is the co-founder of Cheese On Bread, a genre-defying night that favours quality sounds from all corners of the scene. His curated series of mixtapes are dancefloor ready and radio friendly, championing a UK underground sound that is built for a global audience.
Garnering a reputation for combining street level respect and accessibility, Super K has collaborated with brands and clients including Soho House, Google, YouTube, Spotify, Ibiza Rocks, Reading Festival, Fresh Island Festival, Garage Nation, Royal Ascot, BoxPark, Cannes Lions, O2 England Rugby, SJM Concerts and Parklife Festival.

Roberta, a longtime avid music enthusiast originally from Bari, Puglia, has called London home for over 30 years.
She immersed herself in the vibrant London scene, adopting herself to the Dingwalls and later at Bar Rumba, and became part of the family behind “That’s How It Is” and Straight No Chaser magazine.
Through these connections, she established herself as a key link between Italy and London’s 90s underground scene, staying attuned to its evolving trends. As a contributor to Straight No Chaser, a correspondent for Acid Jazz magazine, and a broadcaster on Radio Italia Network, Roberta continued to pursue her passion.

Emily Rawson is one of the UK’s most in demand DJs and promoters. Her club night, Supa Dupa Fly, is unquestionably the biggest throwback Hiphop & RnB night in the UK and her all female brand, Rock The Belles, is pushing gender boundaries in music by championing female DJ talent.
Phenomenally popular with a crowd, Emily has DJ’d for global brands from Chanel to Nike, alongside hosting and playing for celebrities including the Kardashians, Kanye West, Rita Ora and Jazzy Jeff. She also plays festivals including Camp Bestival, Lovebox and Wireless yearly.
Fly-Kid is the Hiphop, RnB, Soul & Pop party for London’s flyest kids and grown-ups from Emily Rawson, the creator of @Supadupafly.
